What’s the catch? Why would Xerox offer free color printers?
Xerox gives you a new color printer (Phaser 8560DN) with a 3-year on-site service warranty, free of charge. In exchange, we require that you exclusively buy your printer supplies from our FreeColorPrinters website (competitive pricing) for a three year term. We also require that you print the minimum number of pages per month that you agreed to in your program agreement. This monthly page requirement is verified by your printer’s usage report, which you fax to us each month. After the three year term, the printer is yours to keep and the contract expires.
